dont think i can do it
ok so im new at this and i dont think i can do this alone! i really want to loose weight but its hard…i dont eat much so food is not a promblem….exercise is!! i want to go walking but since im stuck at home with my bby i cant go walk outside bacause he is to lil to take him with meh so basically i ran out of options!! people please help meh i dont want to be 20 and still with 174 lbs!!! qosh i really need help……..

Your step step is to realize you are not alone….and YES you can do it! Try a DVD workout so you can do it at home when the baby is sleeping. I am new at this and I have four work out DVD’s…I alternate each day to keep from getting bored. It is hard to get motivated but once you do it you will be so glad you did. Hang in there!! and drink lots of water!

Do you have cable tv? If you have FITV, you can do it at home. There are alot of things you can do in the comforts of your own home.
you can make up your own circuit training at home. you can jumprope. if you have stairs, you can use those. get you some bands and free weights. jumping jacks,push ups.. the list goes on…. we are here to help!
I have three words for you: DVD! If you don’t want to buy them (they are relatively cheap in WalMart and stuff), check out your local library. Even if they don’t have DVDs, they will have books that describes appropriate post-natal excersizes. I mean, there are some nowadays that use the baby as a free-weight! No need to go to such extremes, but gentle excersise while baby is napping or lay on the floor near you should be possible. Why can’t you take the baby out? I clocked miles and miles with my trusty used store-bought stroller along the sidewalks of the neighborhood, venturing out for hours at a time. In fact, the stroller broke an axle at some point, so we had to buy another one, lol.
I agree with Leida, you should definitely get a stroller & go for WALKS with your baby. I love going for walks because anyone can do it & it’s a great way to get exercise in. Also, you mentioned that you don’t eat much. I have always been one to eat A LOT, but I’ve changed to eating small amounts of food throughout the day & it has really increased my metabolism & helped me in losing weight! I eat something small every 2-3 hours. Make sure you are eating throughout the day-it might help you to lose weight!
i get videos at target! there not very expensive and you can do it at home!!!!
